Rosanno P. Nisce








Rosanno P. Nisce [Sonny] obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree in 1988 and his Bachelor of Arts Degree (Economics) in 1984 at the Ateneo de Manila University. He was admitted to the Bar in 1989. He likewise obtained his Masters in International Banking Law from Boston University School of Law in 1999. 

Mr. Nisce has counseled and represented many multinational and domestic corporations and handles corporate, commercial, banking, securities, computer and intellectual property law matters, including corporate organization and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign and domestic investments, securities registration and listing, information technology contracts, real estate transactions and intellectual property protection for the Firm's clients.

He likewise represents the Firm's clients in matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Insurance Commission, Board of Investments, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Intellectual Property Office, and the Philippine Stock Exchange, and other governmental agencies and various local governmental units.

Mr. Nisce currently heads the Firm's Corporate and Special Projects Group.
